Omnicell is seeking a Staff Program Manager to lead end-to-end, multi-disciplinary programs that deliver differentiated product value, accelerate commercialization, and drive customer and financial outcomes. This senior, individual-contributor role partners closely with engineering, product management, manufacturing/supply chain, commercial, and customer success teams to orchestrate hardware and software product delivery, manage dependencies and risks, and align pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies with broader business objectives.

Omnicell is seeking a Staff Program Manager to lead end-to-end, multi-disciplinary programs that deliver differentiated product value, accelerate commercialization, and drive customer and financial outcomes. This senior, individual-contributor role partners closely with engineering, product management, manufacturing/supply chain, commercial, and customer success teams to orchestrate hardware and software product delivery, manage dependencies and risks, and align pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies with broader business objectives.
Responsibilities include owning program execution from concept through delivery and post-sale value realization, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, driving program KPIs (adoption, bookings, revenue, margin, ROI), and communicating complex topics to executive stakeholders with clarity and data-driven insights.
Qualifications include 10+ years of program management or related experience, a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Information Systems, and a track record of leading cross-functional programs at scale. Preferred qualifications include an MBA or advanced degree, experience with pricing and GTM, familiarity with procurement and transitioning proofs of concept into scalable offerings, and a strong technical understanding of integrated hardware and software systems; healthcare/MedTech experience is a plus.
