Oscar Health is seeking multiple Staff Product Managers to join our Product team in the Network Pillar. This role will own the end-to-end provider experience and network growth strategy across our technology platform, with the goal of making Oscar the easiest health insurer for providers to do business with. You will define provider journeys from credentialing and onboarding to ongoing servicing, build account management, servicing, and self-service capabilities, and establish metrics to understand and improve key provider workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Network Building, Provider Data Management, Network Operations, Claims Operations, Clinical Operations, and Member and Provider Service to deliver a cohesive provider experience that strengthens provider relationships and improves member experience.

This position is based in our New York City office with a hybrid schedule requiring three in-office days per week. Thursdays are in-office days for team meetings and events; the other two days are flexible. The role reports to a Director, Product.

Compensation: The base pay range is $180,504.00 - $236,911.50 per year. Oscar also offers benefits, unlimited vacation, equity grants, and annual performance bonuses.
