Mews is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the end-to-end distribution domain that connects hotels to the global distribution ecosystem. You will set the strategy and roadmap for one of our most ambitious 2026 initiatives, build the business case for investments, and elevate the product craft of the PM team. You will work directly with a technically deep Director and a fast-moving group solving problems for thousands of hotels worldwide.

Responsibilities

Own the product direction for a critical part of how Mews connects hotels to the distribution ecosystem.
Lead the strategy and roadmap for a major 2026 initiative, including ROI models and the executive decisions that follow.
Drive portfolio-level prioritization and construct ROI and risk models to guide where Mews invests.
Represent Mews in the hotel distribution industry; engage with OTA and channel-manager communities.
Coach and raise the bar for PMs; set discovery standards across the tribe.
Own complex discovery and translate data and experimentation into decisions.
Make hard calls on integration trade-offs with senior engineers and external partners.

Requirements

8+ years in product with Staff or Principal PM experience, with ownership of a full product domain.
Experience building investment cases and financial models shaping executive decisions.
Track record leading multi-stakeholder discovery and data-driven decision-making.
Experience mentoring senior PMs and raising the product bar.
Experience shipping complex integrations with third-party partners at scale.
