The NSITE software suite is government‑owned and developed to support testing of defense systems for the Missile Defense Agency, Joint Services, and numerous labs, providing data collection, situational awareness, and analysis capabilities. The NSITE team has experience in Tactical Data Links, Ballistic Missile Defense System testing, Enterprise IT, Software and Systems Engineering, and Information Assurance. Responsibilities include working on an agile development team to understand your path forward, communicate it clearly, and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner; analyzing software requirements from Interface Control Documents to identify and verify test scope; developing test documentation and executing test cases to validate fixes or enhancements; contributing to formal test documents such as the Test Workbook, Test Readiness Review, and After Action Reports; creating defect reports in GitLab for any software that does not meet its requirements; interfacing with Software and Functional Test Teams, NSITE Development, NSITE Operations, and NSITE Program Management; writing and executing test procedures for Formal Qualification Tests and collaborating with Software Quality Control personnel; participating in sprint kickoffs, retrospectives, and daily standups; developing, executing, and maintaining automation scripts for application testing to ensure thorough coverage; and developing application and test automation code and scripts.
