Speechify is seeking a Software Engineer, Data Infrastructure & Acquisition, to join our AI data team. This role focuses on data collection and ingestion to support model training at petabyte scale and at low cost through tight integration of infrastructure, engineering, and research. What you'll do: - Be scrappy to identify and acquire new audio data sources and feed them into our ingestion pipeline. - Operate and extend our cloud ingestion infrastructure (GCP) managed with Terraform. - Collaborate with Data Scientists to improve data cost, throughput and quality, enabling larger-scale models. - Partner with the AI Team and Speechify leadership to define the AI Team’s dataset roadmap for next-generation products.
