About the role

Emerson is seeking a Software Engineer based in Warsaw, Poland, to join a team developing advanced software solutions for industrial environments worldwide. The role focuses on designing and building scalable infrastructure for a vibration analysis and monitoring platform that supports critical assets such as turbines, pumps, and fans. You will contribute across the full development lifecycle while collaborating with diverse teams and applying modern technologies to create impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Collaborate with colleagues and partners to understand customer needs and translate them into effective software solutions.
Design intuitive user interfaces and scalable system architectures.
Develop, test, and maintain high-quality application code.
Create and execute unit and integration tests to ensure reliability and performance.
Optimize applications through profiling and continuous improvement practices.
Contribute to internal tools and reusable components.
Produce clear and accessible technical documentation.
Participate in team collaboration to enhance development processes and practices.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, to align on product development plans.
Support and guide team members through knowledge sharing and technical input.
Experience developing software applications and understanding of programming principles (e.g., object-oriented design).
Familiarity with modern software development practices, including testing and version control.
Experience with C#, Python, and the .NET ecos
