About the role

Red Bull Media Network GmbH is seeking a Social Media Manager with a strong passion for video games and esports to lead all aspects of gaming content on our social channels from onsite in Elsbethen, Austria. The role aims to grow brand love and attribution by engaging new and existing audiences with differentiated, authentic content tied to our gaming marketing assets and partnerships.

Responsibilities

IDEATE PLANNING & EXECUTION CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT Qualifications

Drive and develop new story angles for existing projects and recurring content opportunities across player projects, content initiatives, events, and more.
Elevate content across Red Bull Gaming channels to increase engagement and viewership by delivering credible, native storytelling.
Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with major gaming events, tentpole initiatives, and new game launches in partnership with gaming marketing.
Plan and oversee content from initial concept through to final delivery.
Elevate the quality of social media work to increase earned impact across channels by consistently delivering highly engaging content and ensuring community satisfaction.
3–5 years of proven experience in social media management, including scheduling and posting, content creation, briefing, and campaign management within gaming and esports
University degree (Bachelor or Master) with focus on media or digital marketing or equivalent work experience
Fluent in English
Expertise in producing and delivering short- and long-form video content as well as copywriting across TikTok, X, Instag
