NTT DATA is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst (ITSM specialization) to join the ServiceNow Practice. The role is embedded within a product domain and works closely with the Product Owner, Delivery Manager, and development team. The BA will gather, translate, and manage business requirements through the full delivery lifecycle—from stakeholder workshops through to development story creation, testing coordination, and release sign-off. The BA acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery, ensuring that what is built reflects business needs and aligns with the product roadmap. This position is based in a hybrid model with locations in Bucharest, Romania; Bengaluru, India; and Johannesburg, South Africa.

Key responsibilities: - Lead and facilitate workshops to elicit, capture, and validate requirements. - Translate business requirements into development-ready user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps aligned with the product roadmap. - Own and maintain the product backlog, refine stories, prioritise, and prepare for sprint intake with the Product Owner. - Support Sprint Intake Review with sufficiently detailed stories and agreed acceptance criteria. - Coordinate functional testing and UAT, validating that functionality meets defined acceptance criteria and business outcomes. - Act as liaison between business and QA to ensure test cases align with requirements and stakeholders are engaged in sign-off. - Identify and document scope changes, risks, and dependencies; escalate to Delivery Manager/Product Owner when appropriate. - Contribute to
