We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to iteratively develop concepts for high-fidelity screen designs, user flows, and interactive prototypes, translating complex B2B requirements into intuitive UIs. You will design data-dense, workflow-intensive interfaces – including tables, filters, bulk actions, settings, and configurations – that feel simple and efficient for professionals who use the panel all day. You will contribute to our design system, building robust, reusable components with properties and clear patterns and guidelines to keep the panel consistent as we grow. You will drive a consistent UX across the entire panel and improve the handoff from design to development (handoff, design tokens) in close collaboration with engineering, delivering high-quality UX faster and more reliably. You will conduct user research with merchants and internal stakeholders, translate insights into concepts, hand designs to development, and perform design QA. You will combine a customer-oriented perspective with strong analytical thinking and present your decisions confidently to stakeholders in German and English. You will represent the user perspective and work with product management to define requirements for new features and improvements. You will share your knowledge about usability, user-centered design, and Figma with your UX colleagues and product teams to enhance our design maturity.
