Join eHealth as a Senior Staff Platform Engineer. We are seeking a highly experienced engineer with deep AWS Cloud expertise and a proven track record in building Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs) with AI and ML capabilities. You will architect, build, and scale cloud-native platforms that enable engineering teams to develop, deploy, and operate applications efficiently, while driving AIOps and MLOps through self-service tooling, automated workflows, and continuous delivery in AWS environments.

As a technical leader, you will collaborate with multiple teams to define and implement platforms that power our products. You will design a frictionless developer experience, enable provisioning of infrastructure and services via code and ChatOps interfaces, and ensure platforms are scalable, secure, and cost-efficient. Responsibilities include leading CI/CD pipelines, implementing Infrastructure as Code, creating standardized services and APIs, and supporting AI/ML workflows with observability.
