What you’ll do: - Collaborate with Product teams to scope projects, reduce scope to get faster customer feedback, balance UX tradeoffs across different product teams, and deliver solutions via cross-platform SDKs. - Optimize existing functionality to enable faster loading and smarter parsing by designing efficient abstractions and improving algorithms. - Ship cloud functions, lightweight backend services, and jobs using Kotlin.

What we’re looking for: - Systems thinking: end-to-end design and a belief that simplicity adds value. - Speed: quickly generate ideas and decide what can ship now versus later. - Focus: comfortable in a fast-growing, remote team environment and know when to engage or focus. - Collaboration: ability to work with designers, marketers, and PMs. - Preferred tech: Kotlin Multiplatform (Java experience OK but Kotlin Multiplatform preferred); prior experience with GCP is a plus.
