We are seeking a Senior QA Manager for Android and iOS apps in Berlin to own QA strategy and end-to-end testing. You will drive scalable manual and automated testing, mentor QA engineers and working students, and collaborate closely with developers, product owners and designers to deliver high‑quality features through our Scrum process. You will design and evolve test plans, test cases and automation frameworks to ensure stability and scalability; proactively identify, track and resolve bugs in Jira; conduct regression, integration and end‑to‑end testing; and monitor app performance using tools such as Charles Proxy, Crashlytics and analytics platforms. Qualifications include deep mobile QA experience, test automation and agile leadership, hands‑on work with Appium, TestSigma or similar frameworks, and integration of automation into CI/CD pipelines; experience with manual testing and clear documentation; familiarity with Scrum, Jira, Charles Proxy and test management systems; strong communication skills and mentoring ability; fluent English; German is a plus but not required.
