Responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Respond to client requests and provide guidance to manage scope, execution, and delivery of solutions that align with industry best practices and Lighthouse standards.
• Train and develop team members on workflows and eDiscovery best practices.
• Initiate work on behalf of clients by creating work orders for data processing, review, and production tasks.
• Communicate expectations for scope and deadlines to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage client relationships and drive projects to completion to deepen Lighthouse engagement.
• Bachelor's degree required (Masters or JD a plus); 6+ years in eDiscovery project management; 5+ years in a law department, law firm, and/or a legal consulting or eDiscovery provider.
• Relativity experience required.
• Strong eDiscovery skills to design solutions that leverage technology and workflows to reduce costs, speed delivery, and deliver quality.
• Ability to quickly understand Lighthouse workflows and internal tools; capable of working independently and in a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
