TeamViewer is seeking a Senior Product Owner to join our Frontline team. You will be at the forefront of product development, shaping a platform trusted by operational teams worldwide. You will own and drive one or more features or modules within TeamViewer Frontline, from ideation and discovery through delivery and continuous iteration. You will foster agile practices within the development teams and support governance of development processes. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, and Support to build a compelling product roadmap with global impact. You will champion the customer by translating feedback into clear requirements, KPIs, and prioritized backlog items. You will drive insight-led decision-making using qualitative and quantitative data (telemetry, surveys, market and competitive analysis). You will enable efficient delivery by ensuring clarity on objectives, deliverables, and impact, and you will proactively remove blockers. You will balance feasibility and innovation by partnering with engineers to deliver scalable, intuitive, and technically sound solutions.
