Altruist is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Enterprise to join our growing product team. As we move upmarket, enterprise clients (RIAs) are larger and more complex, with multiple offices and dedicated operations and compliance teams. In this role, you will shape how these firms set up, onboard, and run their business on Altruist, covering onboarding, firm setup, permissions, branding, and billing. You will help determine where we invest as our enterprise offering expands and deliver experiences that are simple to use for firms, advisors, and their clients. You will own the roadmap for one or more enterprise product areas, learn how large firms organize work across operations, compliance, advisors, and client service, and design workflows that support delegation, bulk changes, and multi-level structures such as offices and sub-organizations. You will ship iterative, high-quality releases with Engineering and Design, partner with enterprise firms to translate feedback into practical solutions, and support sales in winning enterprise clients by demonstrating product fit.
