This B2B role focuses on telemetry, analytics, and alerting across the software delivery lifecycle and requires translating customer needs into actionable product requirements while guiding cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and marketing.
Responsibilities include defining a clear product vision and roadmap for Toolchain Observability, considering AI-driven development and new telemetry needs across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem deployments; conducting market research and customer interviews to identify opportunities; developing business cases for new initiatives; guiding AI integration strategies to leverage Develocity’s data and capabilities for observability and diagnostics; gathering and prioritizing requirements with a strong value proposition; collaborating with sales and marketing on go-to-market strategies and enterprise messaging; and evangelizing the product to customers, partners, and at industry events.
Minimum qualifications: 5+ years of product management in a customer-facing B2B context; deep observability knowledge; prior software engineering or DevOps experience; proven ability to build and manage a pragmatic product roadmap; experience using Agentic AI tools; strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred qualifications: Experience with developer tooling, build systems, CI/CD, and AI-powered products, agentic workflows, or LLM-based tooling.
