About the role
Senior Product Manager at Diligent will own the product roadmap and drive the solution by identifying market and customer needs. You will engage directly with customers to understand their needs, bring in market insights and data, and communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure the right vision for each solution is achieved on the Diligent Platform. This is a cross-functional role delivering impactful products across Mobile, Web, and Desktop for target users.

- Develop and implement product strategy aligned with the company vision.
- Own the product roadmap from ideation to launch.
- Be the voice of the customer within the product team, sharing insights on how customers work and how we can help them perform their jobs more effectively.
- Lead a cross-functional team of developers, UX designers, and stakeholders in Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing.
- Maintain understanding of capabilities and limitations, user scenarios, and the business value of products, and how they connect with other Diligent offerings and third-party products.
- Deliver high-quality, on-time user experiences across Mobile, Web, and Desktop for the target personas.
- Create and maintain a prioritized backlog with well-written user stories.
- Build strong knowledge of the business domain; apply problem-solving to address complex issues and ensure the product evolves with the organizational strategy.
- Monitor product performance, user engagement, and outcomes.
- Track the external market landscape, including competitor analysis and trends to inform the roadmap.
