About the role

Senior Product Designer will own and drive product design initiatives, collaborating with leadership, engineering, product, and marketing to create user-centered experiences across the product ecosystem. You will design end-to-end user journeys, translate complex technical concepts into clear interfaces, and influence the direction of blockchain and DeFi-based financial platforms. This role requires strategic thinking, user research, and hands-on execution, with significant ownership of the design function.

Responsibilities

Lead the product design function by partnering with leadership, engineering, product, and marketing.
Design end-to-end user journeys across the product ecosystem, turning complex technical concepts into clear, intuitive experiences.
Create product experiences that help users understand risk, exposure, returns, commitments, and changing conditions.
Conduct user research via interviews, behavioral analysis, and usability insights to identify opportunities and translate findings into actionable requirements.
Collaborate with engineering to define problems, evaluate tradeoffs, and deliver solutions within technical and product constraints.
Develop design strategies balancing usability, functionality, business goals, and technical feasibility.
Produce detailed designs, prototypes, and workflows to support product development.
Advocate for user needs throughout the product lifecycle and contribute to ongoing UX improvements.
Establish design practices and scalable processes within a growing organization.
