Responsibilities - Analyze business objectives, customer needs, product adoption inhibitors and opportunities, and industry trends; in collaboration with stakeholders, define a long-term strategy and roadmap for platform and product components. - Translate business objectives into technical problems to be prioritized in the current business environment. - Define specific systems programs and action plans for initiatives such as agentic platforms, machine learning systems, enterprise search, conversational AI, performance optimization, reliability improvements, and enterprise-grade readiness. - Use your technical understanding to partner with engineers and architects to advance these initiatives. - Take a systematic approach to engineering challenges: prioritize tasks, scope projects, define objectives, and track progress. - Own the success of these technical programs across their lifecycle, including initiation, forecasting, budgeting, and scheduling. - Manage complex dependencies and programs with broad scope across the company.
