About the role

Context: KontextWork has developed innovative enterprise solutions for over two decades in the heart of Hanover. Our core product Drupal Wiki provides an established solution for knowledge and quality management as a SaaS or on-premise option for companies in the DACH region.

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to expand the visibility of Drupal Wiki, effectively reach our target audiences, and drive B2B growth with AI-assisted approaches, strong online marketing expertise, and strategic foresight.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a scalable B2B marketing strategy for our software, focusing on lead generation and brand building.
Identify new target groups and their needs, creating tailored content in Drupal Wiki and accompanying marketing materials for outreach.
Lead online campaigns: plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEO) to generate qualified leads.
Content creation: produce audience-specific content (web pages, blog posts, white papers, case studies, references, and example content in Drupal Wiki) using AI tools and automation to improve efficiency.
Data analysis and reporting: analyze campaign performance (cost-per-lead, conversion rates) and prepare reports to optimize marketing and sales strategy.
Collaboration with teams: closely align with Business Development, Software Development, and Management to translate value propositions into marketing messages and incorporate customer feedback.
Team coordination: support and develop our marketing interns and potentially future
