Senior Marketing Manager at Futurae will own partner marketing and lead generation, shaping strategy, running programs, and managing the pipeline in collaboration with Partnerships and Sales. This hands-on role requires the ability to lead strategic discussions as well as execute tasks, with informal mentorship of Marketing Coordinators and Marketing Product Managers. Responsibilities include designing and running co-marketing programs with strategic alliances, resellers, and technology partners; acting as the primary marketing contact for Partner Managers and Sales leads on pipeline targets; building scalable playbooks for partner and lead-generation programs; tracking, measuring, and reporting pipeline impact and ROI; supporting field events and other marketing projects as priorities shift; monitoring competitor activity and market positioning to inform planning. Qualifications include: demonstrated experience in B2B SaaS marketing with long and complex sales cycles; experience running lead-generation programs tied to pipeline (webinars, content syndication, ABM, etc.); track record of end-to-end partner marketing across strategic alliances, resellers, and tech partners; strong commercial instinct and ability to connect marketing decisions to revenue; data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in HubSpot or equivalent CRM and marketing automation; ability to adapt across project types; mentoring or coaching junior marketers is a plus; field events planning and execution is a plus; fluent in English; German, French, or Italian a plus.
