Senior HR Business Partner based in Chandler, Arizona, United States, responsible for leading and managing the people management agenda for the assigned business unit. Partners with the HR Director and business leadership to design and implement HR initiatives aligned with business objectives. Provide proactive, commercially driven HR support and guidance across the unit.
