Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for delivering high-quality print-focused visual design, with support for digital, social, content, and integrated marketing initiatives. This role leads print production from concept to final print-ready files and contributes to on-brand collateral, including multi-page guides, magazine inserts, and marketing materials. The designer works closely with Art Directors, Senior Art Directors, and Creative Directors to ensure creative deliverables are visually compelling, strategically aligned, and production-ready. Responsibilities include designing and producing high-quality print layouts, supporting concept development, preparing files for printers with attention to bleed, color profiles, and resolution, proofreading designs, sourcing and retouching photography, maintaining brand consistency, collaborating across teams, mentoring junior designers, developing templates and asset libraries, and supporting presentations and business development. The role may utilize approved AI-assisted tools to improve workflow while maintaining strong creative judgment and organized file structures. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Design or related field, 4-6+ years of print-focused design experience in agency/marketing environments, a strong print portfolio, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma, knowledge of print production and prepress processes, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
