Deskeo is building the OS of operated offices. We are looking for a Builder, someone empowered by AI to create what used to require a full team yesterday. In our Tech & Strategy team, the Senior / Lead Engineer will drive the development and evolution of our tools, combining technical excellence, leadership and strategic vision. You will code hands-on alongside your teammates while defining the roadmap and technical priorities. This is a product-in-motion environment: we craft strategy, build, iterate and adapt constantly, testing ideas in the field. You will lead this transition and shape the trajectory with the founders, deciding on the target stack, priorities and build-vs-buy trade-offs, close to leadership. Decisions are made in short cycles, with practical impact.

Missions: - Strategy & Architecture: define the target stack and structure the transition from no-code to code; audit the current landscape, plan migration, arbitrate build vs buy, manage debt. Lead the design and evolution of a unique platform that replaces no-code tools and parts of existing SaaS. Translate operational needs (clients, suppliers, procurement, support) into structured technical specifications. Shape the marketplace for operated offices and the external commercialization of the tool. - Management: coach and upskill junior developers (code reviews, pair programming, best practices). Establish development rituals and processes (CI/CD, code quality standards, security).
