Position: FP&A Senior Financial Analyst

Overview: Asset Living is seeking a Senior FP&A Financial Analyst to lead the financial planning and analysis function and deliver timely financial and operational information to internal leadership and external partners. The role reports to the Director of FP&A and collaborates with business leaders to set financial goals, analyze current and historical trends, and ensure compliance with budgets and forecasts.

Responsibilities

Run and manage monthly and quarterly financial packages for the Board and external partners, including the three standard financial statements and other financial artifacts.
Draft detailed commentary analyzing month-over-month and variance-to-budget performance.
Define KPIs, deliver in-depth analysis, drive insights, and support finance and business leadership.
Maintain and develop Finance BI solutions used by the FP&A team and cross-functional partners.
Create informative dashboards and reports to visually represent financial data and support informed decision-making.
Own the internal Finance Software (NetSuite Planning and Budgeting), including loading data and KPIs into Actuals vs Budget scenarios and managing the system hierarchy.
