AIR Communities, a Real Estate Investment Trust, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the East Operations Finance team in Bethesda, Maryland. In this role, you will drive business performance through financial analysis, forecasting, modeling, and strategic reporting, partnering with leaders across the organization to transform data into actionable insights and support key business decisions. You will perform data modeling to support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and strategic decision making, coordinate and produce monthly senior management reporting, and assist with accounting and financial reporting for quarterly earnings releases and board meetings. You will document policies and procedures to create process flows. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field and at least 3+ years of experience, expert Excel skills (Pivot Tables, nested formulas); VBA, SQL, Power BI, and Hyperion are a plus. Real estate experience is beneficial but not required. The role is in-office five days a week in Bethesda, MD.
