We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive based in the Netherlands. You will lead major enterprise accounts and establish relationships across all levels of the end customer, engaging with system integrators and other partners.
Cross-functional teams from Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success and Solution Consulting provide support to help you attain and exceed sales performance goals.
What you’ll be doing: - Run the strategy for enterprise customers in the Netherlands and Benelux across multiple industries (including financial services) - Use company-wide success stories as a blueprint; apply your own ideas and vertical knowledge - Determine whether the customer has a valid business need for the Appian platform and Customer Success services; discuss business drivers and value with relevant decision-makers, including at C-Level - Build and strengthen relationships with existing accounts across all hierarchies; ensure post-sales needs are met - Recommend marketing strategies - Provide status information including forecast and pipeline - Identify Appian customer references that can be used for reference selling
What we need to see: - Experience influencing digital transformation, customer services, and customer experience initiatives at CxO level and with consulting partners - Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, custom
