Responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Develop the product strategy and roadmap for your product line.
• Communicate with senior stakeholders to champion the roadmap and gain buy-in for product plans.
• Transform business, market, and clinical requirements into executable product requirements.
• Own and prioritize a feature backlog in line with the strategic roadmap.
• Act as a subject matter expert and create a shared understanding across business and technical teams.
• Produce deliverables such as flow diagrams, data models, prototypes, and wireframes.
• Define success metrics and measure product outcomes.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure best-in-class user experience.
• Integrate quality-focused design with development and software QA.
• Solicit user feedback and channel new requirements back into development.
• Evangelize the product across the organization and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• 5+ years of software product management experience, ideally in healthcare IT or biotech.
• Experience conceptualizing and delivering best-in-class software experiences.
