The ideal candidate will have an architectural background in the construction industry and experience in design, architecture, and civil works. Responsibilities include supporting and reporting to the assigned Project Manager, coordinating with the Owner/Client, consultants, design professionals and contractors, and assisting in managing and administering the project through all phases of design and construction. You will help ensure that all aspects of client services are delivered at the highest level to meet the client’s needs. Duties also include preparing documents such as reports, schedules, invoices, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes/agendas, daily reports, change orders, inspections, closeout and client presentations; maintaining information in project management software; scheduling and coordinating meetings with the project team; communicating conceptual designs and maintaining project documentation before, during, and after construction; maintaining Basis of Design and prototype design for architectural elements; reviewing design RFPs; managing external design consultants; effectively communicating design standards to internal and external partners; handling multiple fast-paced projects; and identifying innovative solutions to reduce costs without impacting quality or reliability.
