About the role

We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to lead Retention & Marketing Analytics across the GoMining ecosystem. You will partner closely with Marketing and CRM teams to build a data-driven retention strategy spanning customer segmentation, lifecycle analytics, A/B testing, personalization, and automated performance insights. This role suits someone with strong analytical capabilities and a deep understanding of user behavior, CRM, and retention mechanics.

Responsibilities

Build and develop a scalable retention analytics framework across the customer lifecycle.
Define and maintain retention KPIs, lifecycle metrics, and marketing performance dashboards.
Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.
Deliver actionable insights that drive marketing and product decisions.
Segmentation & Personalization: develop customer segmentation models (RFM and beyond), design data-driven personalization strategies, support the implementation of personalized customer experiences across marketing channels, and collaborate with Product and CRM teams to optimize user journeys.
Experimentation: design and analyze A/B tests for CRM campaigns, marketing initiatives, and retention improvements; define experiment methodology, success metrics, and statistical evaluation; measure long-term cohort impact and provide recommendations; establish best practices for experimentation across Marketing and CRM teams.
Data & Automation: automate retention reporting and marketing performance monitoring; build dashboards and reporting sys
