Senior Customer Success Manager (all genders) – On-site in Hamburg, Germany.

What you’ll do Speed Kit helps our clients’ shops and websites load faster, leading to higher revenue. You will own the customer lifecycle from onboarding to go-live and ongoing success. You will lead trials and proofs of concept for new customers, coordinate integrations and configurations with our team and the customer, manage A/B test setup and evaluation, and keep stakeholders aligned. You will lead onboarding projects from kickoff through go-live to results presentation. You will proactively manage your existing customers, anticipate their roadmaps and relaunches, and regularly bring results and ideas to the table. You will carry revenue responsibility for your portfolio: renewals, upsells, expanding to additional domains, brands and countries. You will communicate with customers using data: Core Web Vitals, CrUX, conversion uplift, ROI; you can explain uplift or a decline clearly. You will work daily with AI, performing analysis, reporting, data research across our systems, and drafting customer communications: we use Claude and Gemini and build reusable workflows. We do not expect coding, but we expect you to create leverage rather than performing manual tasks. You are the hub of knowledge about our customers across the company, feeding this knowledge into Engineering, Product, Sales and Management.
