Based in Ettlingen, Germany, this hybrid role targets defined enterprise and mid-market customers in southern and southwestern Germany, including mid-sized companies, larger corporate groups and demanding B2B customers across various industries. The Senior Account Manager Enterprise will strategically develop these relationships and drive business in areas such as networking, cybersecurity, collaboration, cloud, managed services, lifecycle management and digital resilience.

Key responsibilities: - Manage and develop defined customers in the Enterprise and Mid-Market segments - Build new customer relationships and uncover business potential - Develop long-term relationships at professional, IT leadership, procurement and management levels - Take ownership of complex sales opportunities—from account planning to forecasting and proposal strategy - Coordinate with Presales, Consulting, Bid Management, Legal, Finance and Service Delivery - Collaborate with vendors and partners, especially Cisco, on joint GTM initiatives, campaigns, references, events and customer workshops - Contribute to the ongoing development of our Enterprise and Mid-Market strategy
