Senior Account Executive - Effingham, Illinois (on-site) This role is based in Effingham, IL and requires on-site presence. The Senior Account Executive will build relationships with customers, drive sales growth, and collaborate with service, parts, and sales teams to increase market penetration. What You’ll Do: - Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering practical solutions to enhance the customer experience and promote loyalty. - Work closely with service, parts, and sales staff to increase market penetration. - Identify market strengths and opportunities, proposing growth initiatives within the dealership area. - Own the full sales cycle and lead 100-day account strategy plans; collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure positive customer experiences. - Perform other duties as assigned to support the business.

What We’re Looking For: - Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Automotive Technology, or related field, or 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing. - Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal) and the ability to clearly convey information. - Comfortable with prospecting and networking to generate new business opportunities. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities; proficient with computer software. - Exceptional customer management skills; valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred or willingness to obtain. - E
