Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with customers, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (and related college courses), experience in business-to-business sales, and proficiency with relevant sales software/tools. Preference given to candidates with packaging sales or corrugated box industry experience. The role is on-site at our Springfield facility, with a work environment combining office and industrial settings.
