The Sales Representative will manage customer relationships, maintain sales information, conduct new equipment demonstrations, monitor market trends, and communicate with management about sales activity. Responsibilities include developing relationships, expanding the customer pipeline, implementing strategies to increase sales and profit, creating customer-specific proposals based on needs analysis, conducting market research, maintaining knowledge of industry trends and used equipment values, and understanding financing options. The role requires travel within the assigned territory and the ability to present solutions to customers. Qualifications include at least 3 years of outside sales experience, a track record of developing and closing new business, strong communication and presentation skills, reliability and integrity, proficiency with Microsoft Office, a valid driver's license and safe driving record, and the ability to meet physical demands. Prior experience with agricultural equipment and outdoor power equipment is strongly preferred. Education: high school diploma or equivalent.
