Responsibilities

Because we are two people, you won’t be a cog in a big machine, but will shape processes, messaging, and pitches from the start. You’ll help build our sales function—from the initial idea to the first outreach to contract closure. You will win new customers, conduct demos and conversations, and identify where Lizard provides real value for operators and inspection services. You’ll translate a complex product into a benefit that isn’t hard to find in a PowerPoint. Whether it's a client meeting, video call, trade show, or event, you will represent Lizard externally and help raise our brand visibility in the market. Qualifications: You bring B2B sales experience and know how to sell complex solutions to companies. Ideally you are familiar with BetrSichV, occupational safety, and plant/machinery management—and understand what companies on both the service and operator sides really need. You have sold or explained software or SaaS solutions; our field is specialized, and a feel
