In this fast-paced, high-impact role, you will grow store sales by building relationships with customers and guiding them through maintenance and repair services, while ensuring satisfaction for every guest.
What You'll Do: - Evaluate customer needs and recommend the right products and services. - Drive sales growth for the store, including making daily customer calls to increase opportunities. - Coordinate each customer's work order from start to finish, following company policies and procedures. - Provide outstanding customer service to every customer. - Maintain appearance of the store interior and exterior. - Promote a culture of cooperation and collaboration among team members. - Assist in the shop as needed.
Qualifications: - Retail sales or customer service experience; automotive experience is a plus. - Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work on Saturdays. - Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs. - Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the USA (18+).
Compensation & Perks: - Pay: $35,000 - $55,000+ annually (includes monthly spiff and store bonus) - Paid weekly
