HealthPRO Heritage is seeking a full-time Rehab Program Manager (PT) to lead and develop rehabilitation services within our senior living communities in Highland Park, Dallas, Texas. Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Directly supervise clinical therapy staff, including hiring, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive team culture.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., CARF, JCAHO); maintain clinical caseloads and review therapy programs for effectiveness.
Develop strategies to expand therapy programs, including initiatives such as fitness and dementia programs.
Lead local marketing efforts with hospitals, physicians, and the community to promote the therapy program.
Oversee scheduling of patients and therapists; ensure proper documentation and adherence to Medicare and company guidelines.
Provide ongoing staff education and in-service training; support problem resolution and service improvements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare regulations and ensure a safe, compliant clinical environment.
Degree in Physical Therapy or related rehabilitation discipline; valid state licensure as PT/OT/SLP and/or PTA/COTA, or license eligible in Texas.
3–5 years of clinical rehabilitation experience; supervisory or management experience in a rehab healthcare setting preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to lead a multidisciplinary team.
Knowledge of HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid,
