KARL STORZ North America is seeking a Regional Manager, OR1 Customer Success to lead a field-based, remote team responsible for OR1 operating room integration projects across the assigned region. The role emphasizes delivering world-class customer experiences by ensuring installations are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Reporting to the National Manager, OR1 Customer Success, you will oversee regional installation operations and collaborate with Sales, Service, Deployments, and Technical teams to guide customers from pre-sales planning through post-installation adoption. You will coach and develop a high-performing remote team, drive process improvements, and ensure customers realize the full value of their OR1 investment. This is a field-based leadership role with approximately 50% travel within the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
