The role focuses on filling a mix of high-volume and professional-level positions by partnering with hiring managers to attract, screen, interview, and hire top talent. You will build candidate pipelines and maintain efficient recruitment processes to ensure the organization is staffed with skilled employees who deliver exceptional patient care and support services.
Role: Recruiter – Early Careers. You will manage a portfolio of requisitions that includes both high-volume roles and specialised healthcare professionals, guiding the process from advert to offer. This position is based in Columbia, Missouri (Falling Leaf, 3100 Falling Leaf Court, Columbia, MO) with a hybrid work arrangement from Central Missouri.
Compensation: Base Pay Range is $52,666 - $83,179 per year, depending on experience.
