The Recruiter role (Turkish language required) is based in London, United Kingdom and remote-friendly. The Recruiter is responsible for service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador and delivering exceptional talent while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search. They will serve as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition and provide consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leaders. Responsibilities include: - Lead a detailed job scope meeting with the hiring leader to determine position specifications, provide market data and recommendations on search approaches; - Review candidates who have applied via the Applicant Tracking System (ATS); - Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements and determine who advances; - Develop and manage recruitment or sourcing plans; - Source candidates via resume databases, search engines and networking sites using Boolean search; - Solicit referrals from networks; - Utilize proprietary software for mobile and email outreach to talent communities; - Engage candidates via phone, email and social media; - Articulate value proposition to candidates and prepare them for interviews; - Provide timely updates to candidates on application status; - Draft and utilize interview templates and assess candidates against requirements; - Use independent judgment to compare interview notes and assessments; - Issue skills testing as needed and review results; - Review background and references; - Keep candidates engaged and inform hiring leaders; - Part
