MSA is seeking a Project Manager, Engineering (Water/Wastewater) to lead municipal, public-sector, industrial, and private-sector water and wastewater infrastructure projects across the full project lifecycle, including planning, design, permitting, construction, and operations. The role will lead clients, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and client satisfaction from planning through construction. You will bring together technical leaders and QA/QC staff to deliver high-quality work, develop project plans, scopes, schedules, budgets, staffing strategies, and delivery approaches, and keep projects moving by identifying issues and making decisions. Responsibilities also include mentoring emerging project managers and engineers, supporting funding and permitting efforts, participating in client meetings and public hearings, and seeking opportunities to expand relationships with existing clients. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering, 5+ years of water/wastewater project experience, strong client interaction experience (including council/board meetings), and Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred. This is a full-time, salaried position in Madison, Wisconsin, with hybrid work eligibility and flexible time.
