The Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of turnaround activities and small capital projects within manufacturing, industrial, energy, chemical, or related operations, coordinating cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key responsibilities include: - Turnaround Planning and Execution: manage all phases from scope development to closeout; coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Procurement, and contractors; develop detailed schedules, resource plans, and cost estimates; facilitate scope review; monitor progress and implement corrective actions; conduct post-turnaround reviews to capture lessons learned. - Small Capital Project Management: lead multiple projects from concept through commissioning and handoff; develop charters, execution plans, budgets, schedules, and risk assessments; coordinate engineering design, procurement, construction, startup, and closeout; ensure compliance with technical specs and quality standards. - Budget and Cost Management: develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and expenditure tracking; prepare capital authorization requests and status reports; manage contractor and vendor costs. - Safety and Compliance: promote a strong safety culture; lead risk assessments and pre-job planning; monitor contractor safety performance; ensure environmental and regulatory compliance. - Stakeholder Management: serve as the primary point of con
