Blue Water Thinking is seeking a seasoned Project Manager, Informatics to lead strategic healthcare initiatives within integrated delivery systems. This role focuses on value-based care, healthcare analytics, and program management, driving performance improvement and care transformation. The successful candidate will analyze project-related problems and create innovative solutions involving schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and financial management, with an emphasis on veterans’ health outcomes.

As a Project Manager supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs, you will manage projects that enhance access to care for veterans and health care professionals. Responsibilities include leading the design, implementation, and evaluation of healthcare programs aligned with value-based care models; analyzing clinical, financial, and operational data; collaborating with clinical and administrative leaders; developing and managing project plans; leading teams on large projects; managing budgets and resources; monitoring KPIs and regulatory benchmarks (CMS, NCQA, HEDIS); preparing executive reports; liaising between consulting teams and client stakeholders; mentoring junior analysts; and ensuring timely, cost-effective project completion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and objectives.

Minimum Qualifications: - Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Business, or related field. - 10+ years in healthcare consulting, program management, or healthcare analytics. - PMP or similar certification. - Experience
