We are seeking a Clinical Trial Lead / Project Manager for a sponsor-dedicated partnership in Germany. In this role you will provide leadership and management to global clinical trials, ensuring adherence to GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements. You will act as the primary liaison between Syneos Health and the sponsor to ensure timely study initiation, conduct, and closeout according to contractual agreements. You will lead the project team to meet quality, timelines, and budget objectives; be accountable for the financial performance of the project; coordinate activities of study conduct partners; maintain study information across databases and systems; and support inspection readiness. You will develop and implement project plans, contingency and risk mitigation strategies, and present at internal and external meetings. The position may involve line management of other project management staff and clinical monitors. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field; CRO experience and familiarity with GCP/ICH guidelines; experience leading global clinical trials; excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills; ability to travel up to ~25%.
