Overview: A Project Manager is needed to lead a technically complex construction project from start to finish. You will manage the project budget, cash flow, and production schedule; coordinate project personnel and equipment; and ensure compliance with contract specifications and owner expectations. Responsibilities include negotiating change orders, coordinating with engineering and scheduling teams, presenting monthly cost and revenue forecasts to Flatiron leadership, and maintaining relationships with the project owner, landowners, local authorities, and other stakeholders. You will lead safety programs, approve staffing and equipment needs, participate in dispute resolution, and manage project closeout and debriefs. Qualifications include 10+ years of construction project management experience, 5+ years of personnel management, a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field, a valid driver's license, advanced MS Office and Primavera P6 proficiency, and strong communication and analytical skills. Compensation ranges from USD 130,000 to USD 180,000 per year, and the position is on-site in Arlington County, Virginia, United States.
