About the role

HRG is seeking a Project Manager to support the Municipal & Water Resources Engineering Service Group in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania. The Project Manager will oversee engineering projects from initial planning through completion, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery that meets client expectations. You will lead multidisciplinary project teams, coordinate resources, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal staff throughout all phases of project delivery.

Responsibilities

Provide overall project management for municipal and water resources engineering projects.
Lead budgets, schedules, and quality, including monitoring utilization and financial performance.
Review and prepare plans, specifications, and contract documents, ensuring accuracy and quality of deliverables.
Coordinate with contractors, including interpretation of designs and specifications.
Conduct site visits during various construction stages to observe progress, quality, and compliance.
Maintain ongoing client communication during and after project completion.
Attend meetings with agencies and municipalities related to permit review and approvals (including PENNDOT where applicable).
Collaborate with other project managers, engineers, and technical staff to ensure successful outcomes and appropriate workload distribution.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field.
Pennsylvania Professional Engineer license preferred.
Minimum five years' experience in civil, municipal, and water resources engineering.
