Program Manager I for the Couple and Family Therapy (CFT) program reports to the CFT Program Director and coordinates student matriculation from recruitment to graduation at the Shelby campus. The role involves data management and record keeping for program operations, including tracking milestone achievements, semester learning outcomes, and alumni feedback for accreditation; maintaining required documentation from faculty and supervisors; and managing course inventory. For recruitment, the Manager communicates with feeder programs nationwide and locally, coordinates attendance at graduate school fairs, and collaborates with the SOAR team on outreach. The Manager also supports event planning for the CFT program (open houses, virtual information sessions, alumni events, training sessions) and records minutes for cohort and program meetings. The position acts as a liaison for university departments on CFT program questions, orders supplies, manages department pro-card usage, and monitors expenses. The Manager coordinates annual scholarship surveys and payments with the business service center and bursar’s office. In admissions, the Manager coordinates with the Graduate School and International Office to ensure required materials are received, creates online admissions entries, schedules and supports interviews, and updates the graduate and course catalogs.
