About the role

This is not a program- or delivery-management role; client-program orchestration sits with the Forward Deployed team, while engineering owns architecture and implementation.

You will define reusable workflow primitives, connectors, templates, and authoring experiences that enable scalable automation of middle-office banking processes. Working closely with engineering, banking operations leaders, and clients, you will translate operational complexity into governed, reusable platform capabilities. Success is measured through production adoption, operational resilience, execution accuracy, platform extensibility, and faster delivery of banking journeys. What You Will Be Doing:
