Product Manager, Consultant – Clinical Strategy

The Product Manager, Consultant will be part of the Digital Member Engagement and Experience team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Management. In this role, you will apply product management expertise to connect clinical and product strategies, create value-driven roadmaps, and ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs. You will manage product development deliverables such as detailed requirements, data analytics, member journeys, line-of-business analytics, design reviews, product reviews, implementation, and delivery.

This role uses digital technologies to guide members toward cost-effective, high-quality healthcare services, supporting our mission to improve health outcomes and reduce healthcare costs through digital interventions and personalized digital engagement.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with proven experience developing and launching product strategies, particularly within digital health platforms. Collaboration with clinicians, marketing, and healthcare leaders is essential, along with effectively linking clinical strategy to member engagement goals.
